These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Vynt LLC, doing business as Wheelhouse Air and Heat ("Wheelhouse," "we," "us," or "our").

Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Wheelhouse related to your service requests and account, including appointment scheduling and reminders, service and dispatch updates, quote follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.

Opt-in

You opt in by checking the consent box on our website form and submitting your mobile number, or by giving us your number and consent in person, by phone, or in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to approximately 4 messages per month, depending on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wheelhouse does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
